Scout of the Year 2024

Congratulations to Lam Ping-ting, Bryan (1B) for being named Scout of the Year 2024 by the Scout Association of Hong Kong.

During the presentation ceremony on 14 June 2025, Bryan was honored with the Scout of the Year shoulder cords, marking them as the seventeenth scout from the 10th Hong Kong Group to receive this distinguished recognition. With their positive attitudes and commitment to service, Bryan serves as inspirations to both their fellow scouts and schoolmates.

The College Scout Group now holds the record for the highest number of Scout of the Year winners in Hong Kong.

The Scout of the Year Selection was first initiated in 1987 to formally acknowledge scout youth members who demonstrate exceptional service and achievement in their responsibilities and commitments. As awardees, Bryan will have opportunities to engage in promotional activities and exchange programs to further enhance their skills and experiences.
